A real showstopper
‘Emma made the most amazing macaron tower for our wedding day. It took centre stage and was a real showstopper! We had raspberry and pistachio flavours, which looked so pretty, and Emma decorated them so beautifully. Emma’s bakes are exquisite to look at and just as delicious to taste! They were gone in a flash! A huge thank you to Emma for such a wonderful showpiece for our big day, we absolutely loved it!’

‘We used Emma to produce a macaron tower for our wedding to give us something a little bit different. The macarons were beautiful and delicious. Emma helped us get the colour right so it matched our theme and also massively helped advising us on the right cake stand to use and how to create a great visual centre piece. Our only advice if you use Emma is make sure you keep some of the macarons back for yourselves - our guests loved them and they were all finished by 9pm!’

Professional, yet friendly, with an obvious passion for what she does. She was meticulous in ensuring every detail of her cake was perfect. We worked brilliantly together, adding fresh flowers to each tier, to create a real wedding showstopper!
I can see something really special in Emma. Not just her obvious talent at creating exceptionally beautiful cakes, but also that she has a real gift of truly caring about the person she is creating for, making them feel at ease and confident that the work she produces is of the highest standard.

‘I shared some of Emma’s macarons last week with some friends, and I can honestly say they were the best I have ever tasted...even better than the ones I’ve had in Paris! The pistachio has to be my favourite with the white chocolate coming a close second. Emma is a very talented baker/cake maker and her wedding cake designs are just stunning! ‘What a treat! Our macarons were so beautifully packaged, it almost seemed a shame to unpack them. They certainly tasted as good as they looked! A beautiful flavour coupled with a meltingly tender texture. My husband is a retired baker and is very hard to impress but they certainly met with his approval! We will be ordering some more very soon!’

‘I was lucky enough to win six of Emma’s cupcakes. They were absolutely delicious...and yes I did sample every one! My favourites were the popcorn and pretzel ones. ‘I was lucky enough to win a cupcake on Emma’s 12 cupcakes of Christmas giveaway and LET ME TELL YOU the Ferrero Rocher cupcake I won was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Could not fault it, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since. The sponge was moist, buttercream silky smooth and so rich in flavour! Definitely will be paying Emma a visit for another fix! It also helps that she’s a wonderful person too! ☺️ 100/10’
