Wedding Cakes

Our contemporary wedding cakes, with their soft, light sponges, smooth, whipped, melt-in-the-mouth buttercream and award-winning conserves, zesty drizzles, indulgent Belgian chocolate and molten salted caramel are true centrepieces. Each design is entirely unique, and we love bringing your dreams to life.

Our elegant, understated designs with their decadent touches are our signature look, and each wedding cake is hand-crafted with the finest organic and award-winning ingredients.

We specialise in three finishes on our wedding cakes: Classic (a full buttercream finish); semi-naked (a semi-frosted buttercream finish, allowing some sponge layers to peek through) and textured (a relaxed buttercream finish).

Our Wedding Cake Flavours

 

Organic Madagascan Vanilla

Soft, light organic Madagascan vanilla sponge with smooth, whipped, organic Madagascan vanilla buttercream and award-winning Camarosa strawberry and wild strawberry conserve. Our most popular wedding cake flavour!

 

Mango & Passionfruit

Light, soft organic Madagascan vanilla sponge, with zingy, tropical mango and passionfruit curd. Filled and frosted with whipped organic Madagascan vanilla buttercream.

Biscoff

Soft, gently-spiced speculoos sponge, with warming notes of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamon and nutmeg. Filled and frosted with silky Biscoff buttercream.

 

Red Velvet

Soft red velvet sponge, with notes of Callebaut Belgian chocolate and organic Madagascan vanilla. Filled and frosted with smooth, melt-in-the-mouth organic Madagascan vanilla buttercream.

Dark Chocolate Orange

Rich, melt-in-the-mouth Callebaut Belgian chocolate sponge, with a citrusy organic orange curd, and silky Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate buttercream frosting.

 

Salted Caramel

Indulgent salted caramel sponge, with silky salted caramel buttercream and a hidden molten salted caramel drizzle, with notes of toffee and butterscotch.

Sicilian Lemon

Zesty Sicilian lemon sponge with smooth, whipped Sicilian lemon buttercream, organic Sicilian lemon curd and a citrusy Sicilian lemon drizzle.

 

Velvet Chocolate

Rich Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate sponge, with melt-in-the-mouth Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate buttercream and creamy hidden morsels of Callebaut Belgian chocolate.

Sicilian Lemon & Elderflower

Light, citrusy Sicilian lemon sponge, with a fragrant hand-picked elderflower drizzle, and melt-in-the-mouth Sicilian lemon and elderflower buttercream frosting.

 

Velvet Chocolate & Salted Caramel

Indulgent Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate sponge with creamy hidden morsels of Callebaut Belgian chocolate. Filled and frosted with smooth, silky salted caramel buttercream frosting, with an indulgent molten salted caramel drizzle hidden between each layer.

 

Strawberry, Champagne & Rose

Light, soft organic Madagascan vanilla and champagne sponge, drizzled with a delicate rose syrup and filled with a Camarosa strawberry and wild strawberry conserve. Frosted with silky champagne buttercream.

Our macaron towers are stunning centrepieces. Classically elegant, they look beautiful adorned with fresh foliage and flowers, and each design, from delicate ombré fades to alternating patterns, is entirely unique.

We carefully craft your melt-in-the-mouth macarons in colour(s) to suit your day perfectly, and fill them with your choice of decadent Belgian chocolate ganache, silky Swiss meringue buttercream, zesty Sicilian curds or award-winning conserves, all made with the finest, organic and award-winning ingredients.

Personalised Sugar Cookie Favours

Our soft, buttery, organic Madagascan vanilla sugar cookies are individually crafted by hand in true Scrumptious style. Topped with smooth fondant, marbled if you wish to suit the colours of your wedding perfectly, they are a unique, memorable gift for your guests.

We stamp or emboss your cookies with your personalised message(s), and can further personalise them with delicate wreaths, foliage and floral designs. Each cookie can be decorated with 24 carat edible gold-leaf to add an extra-special touch too.
